Extreme Dance Company has a distinguished faculty that strives to be ahead of all others. All our faculty members are certified in dance education from the Dance Educators of America and the Dance Teacher Training Association or trained under their direction. Our faculty is consistently taking classes and attending workshops to stay on point with today's "dance world." The staff takes pride in enriching their students with QUALITY dance instruction from a QUALITY dance school!
Lorraine Pannozzo
Owner, Founder & Director of Extreme Dance Company. Graduate member of the D.T.T.A. Over 29 years of dance and teaching experience. She has trained and worked with some of the top dancers and choreographers in the industry. This also includes tap and musical theatre instruction from a former Rockette for over 5 years. Her choreography is original and has been accredited with prestigious praise and recognition for her work including winning multiple "Best Choreography" awards. Ms. Lorraine's dedication to her students and staff is noticeable as each and every student is undeniable.
Lisa Mobley
Franchise owner of the Port St. Lucie studio. Graduate member of the D.T.T.A. Founder and Director of the Extreme Dance Company. Over 28 years of dance experience and 14 years of teaching experience. She has trained and worked with some of the top dancers and choreographers in the industry. This includes lyrical, jazz, and contemporary training with Michael Jackson's backup dancer for 10+ years. She is also and digital media specialist for the studio. Her spirit is contagious and her love for the students is noticeable in every class she teaches. Ms. Lisa's work has been highly acclaimed.
Lisa Giannini
Owner, & Founder of Extreme Dance Company. Graduate member of the D.T.T.A. Over 30 years of dance experience and 14 years of teaching experience. She has trained and worked with some of the top dancers and choreographers in the industry. This includes lyrical, jazz, and contemporary training with Michael Jackson's backup dancer for 10+ years. She is also the
digital media specialist for the studio. Her spirit is contagious and her love for the students is noticeable in every class she teaches. Ms. Lisa's work has been highly acclaimed.
Nathalie Brown
Nathalie Brown has over 15 years of Dance experience. Accreditations include work with Spanish network Univision, Telemundo, and artist such as J Balvin, Dylan y Lenny, Zion y Lennox, Anita, Mariah and other well known artist. She has also had the opportunity to work assisting in choreography for Zion y Lennox World Tour and Miami Heat dancers as well as performing, choreographing and assisting in stage performances. She has been able to participate in multiple music videos and promo tours as well. Nathalie has advanced training in Hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, flamenco, and contemporary.
Erica Borden
Erica has over 15 years of dance experience. She trained at Ballet East and placed in the top at prestigious contemporary and ballet competitions.
Erica finished her pre-professional training at The Art of Classical Ballet in Pompano Beach with world renowned ballet mistress, choreographer, and repetiteur, Magaly Suarez. She danced with Florida Classical Ballet in principal, soloist and corps de ballet roles in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, and more. She trained with Ballet Met, Nashville Ballet, Ballet West, Houston Ballet, Ellison Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and The Art of Classical Ballet and most recently danced in the Professional Division of Nashville Ballet. Erica is currently a company artist with Ballet Florida.
Natasha Anderson
Natasha was born and raised in England where she trained in various styles of dance and acrobatics since the age of two. She competed competitively winning many awards including at the All England dance championships in London. She has been teaching in Jacksonville, FL for 7 years and is certified in Acrobatic Art’s Module 1 and 2. Natasha also teaches HipHop, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theater, and Tap. She has been choreographing on the competition circuit for 4 years producing award winning competition pieces. Natasha was company manager of her dance company at FSCJ where she received her AA in dance. She has also had the chance to work with teachers and acrobatic who train and work with the cast of Cirque du Soleil.

Gabrielle Blake
Gabrielle has over 16 years of dance training and experience, and has taught at multiple studios in the state. Born and raised in Florida, she began her journey in ballet, and later trained in jazz, lyrical, hip hop, modern, contemporary, musical theatre and partner improvisation. Gabrielle began receiving accolades for her choreography as a young teen at National Dance Competitions. Her profiency in different styles is demonstarted from her 2021 Dance World Champion Title (Coed Hip Hop) to being a guest soloist in a spring ballet production. Last season, all of her students placed top 25 in contemporary at the prestigious Universal Ballet Competition. Gabrielle has a heart for training and creating art through dance, and is passionate about seeing each student reach their full potential.
Brittany Foster
Brittany has over 16 years of dance experience training in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and lyrical. Brittany is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, where not only did she receive her dance training from, but also danced on the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg's dance team as well as semi-professionally with the Steel City Angels. Brittany has choreographed for her studio in Pittsburgh, as well as assisted with choreography for the Angels. She was also the primary instructor and choreographer for a high school color guard and winter guard program in the Tampa, FL area for 2 years. Brittany absolutely adores kids and is very excited to begin her teaching journey with the Extreme Dance Company.
Isabella Gilarski
Ms. Izzy has over 16 years dancing experience and over 9 years on the competition circuit as a competitive dancer. She is always spreading her contagious happy spirit and warm smile. Ms. Izzy is proficiently trained in ballet, jazz, acro, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, pointe, and tap. She is also an award winning, National Title holding Champion on the competition scene. We are thrilled and honored to have Izzy join our faculty this season.
Maleyah Vasser
Maleyah has been dancing and training under the direction of Ms. Lorraine for 8 years. In that time she has become a senior competitive dancer proficient in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre & hip hop. Maleyah's passion for the art of dance is undeniable . She has proven to be a great leader, taking over as teacher on many occasions this past season as well as a great choreographer. She is the complete package and her work ethic, dedication, and reliability are like no other. Maleyah has won numerous overall achievements at the competitive level on the dance competition circuit in all genres of dance.
Madeleine Mahaney
Maddy has been dancing and training under the direction of Ms. Lorraine for 11 years. In that time she has become a senior competitive dancer
proficient in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, hip hop and tap. She is the "POWERHOUSE" of the studio and a true team
player. Maddy's work ethic is impeccable and is always ready and eager to dance. She has
won numerous overall achievements at the
competitive level on the dance competition circuit
in all genres of dance.
